Hilary McPherson is a highly experienced Auslan-English Interpreter who facilitates communication between  Auslan users and health, community, social, cultural and professional services.  

Hilary has provided interpreting services across the Northern Rivers region for over 20 years and has extensive lived experience as a carer and advocate.

Sigrid Macdonald is an accessibility advocate and community worker with 10+ years of experience in a variety of community-based roles. Sigrid has over 30 years of lived experience in the Deaf community and has a passion for inclusivity and engagement.

 

Sigrid is an enthusiastic supporter of the arts and she thrives on creative practice to promote engagement, education, community and cultural enrichment.

Barnaby Lund is an access and inclusion consultant and mentor. He specialises in transforming organisations into accessible and inclusive workplaces where employees and customers feel welcomed and valued. 

Barnaby's lived experience working in a range of government, corporate and small business settings informs his consulting and mentoring work.
